Federica Bragaglia started her career at a very young age, debuting in the role of Giulietta in Fioravanti's Matrimoni per magia at the Teatro Verdi in Sassari (recorded for Bongiovanni). She then portrayed with enthusiastic approvals Sophia in Terence McNally's Master Class con Maria Callas with Rossella Falk, in theatrical institutions as the Teatro Eliseo di Roma, the Teatro Grande di Brescia, the Teatro La Pergola di Firenze, the Teatro Pergolesi di Jesi, the Teatro Goldoni di Venezia, the Teatro Coccia di Novara, the Teatro Duse di Genova, the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, the Princesse Grace in Montecarlo, as well as in Città di Castello, Orvieto, Napoli and in Trieste.

She has worked under the baton of the most outstanding conductors, such as Maurizio Arena, Bruno Bartoletti, Eliahu Inbal, Gustav Kuhn, Zoltán Pesko, Stefano Ranzani, György Györiványi Rath, Antoni Ros-Marba, Nello Santi, Marc Soustrot, and in collaboration with the stage directors Liliana Cavani, Giulio Chazalettes, Filippo Crivelli, Gilbert Deflo, Alberto Fassini, Werner Herzog, Lotfi Mansouri, Giuliano Montaldo, Beni Montresor and Lamberto Puggelli.

In last seasons Federica Bragaglia has sung, among others, in Madame Sans-Gène conducted by Bruno Bartoletti and directed by Lamberto Pugelli, in Händel's Rinaldo (Almirena) and in La sonnambula at the Teatro Bellini di Catania, in Die Feen in Cagliari and in Don Carlo at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, at the Teatro Regio di Parma and at the Teatro de la Maestranza in Sevilla.

In addition to her vast operatic repertoire, she has also maintained an active schedule of concert and operetta's performances.

In 1998/9 season she sang at the Teatro Comunale di Modena in Madame Sans-Gène, at the Teatro Bellini di Catania in Carmen, at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna in La cena delle Beffe. She has subsequently performed in La vedova allegra at the Arena di Verona, in Norma and L'amore delle tre melarance at the Teatro Bellini di Catania, in Fedora (Olga), Le comte Ory (Alice) and Jérusalem (Isaure) at the Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova, followed by Orfeo all'Inferno (Venere) at the Teatro Regio di Torino, La rondine (Bianca) and Suor Angelica at the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma and Luisa Miller (Federica) in Palm Beach.

Federica Bragaglia began at the age of six her musical forming, studying piano, classic and modern dance, and graduating in singing at the Conservatorio «L. Refice» in Frosinone. She won important Italian competitions, such as the «Mario del Monaco» in Marsala and «La Rocca d'Oro». @
