| Young tenor Zoran Todorovich was born in Belgrade and studied in Frankfurt and Munich. His first fixed engagement was with the LANDESTHEATER DETMOLD. From 1994-1999 he was member of the STAATSTHEATER HANNOVER where he sang the following parts: Tosca (Cavaradossi), Rigoletto (Duca), La Traviata (Alfredo), Macbeth (Macduff), Faust (title part), Martha (Lyonel),... Since 1996, his international career has been developing rapidly and has led him to the following opera houses: TEATRO DE LA MAESTRANZA SEVILLA: Rigoletto (Duca) with Leo Nucci; WIENER STASOPER: Madama Butterfly (Pinkerton), La Juive (Léopold) NEW PRODUCTION; DEUTSCHE STAATSOPER UNTER DEN LINDEN: Madama Butterfly (Pinkerton); DEUTSCHE OPER BERLIN: Madama Butterfly (Pinkerton), Faust (title part); HAMBURGISCHE STAATSOPER: La Traviata (Alfredo); OPER FRANKFURT: Eugen Onegin (Lenski); TEATRO REAL MADRID: La Clemenza di Tito (Tito) conducted by Mo Ralf Weikert and directed by Pet Halman,,... In the season 1999/2000, Zoran Todorovich made his US-debut at the SAN FRANCISCO OPERA with La Bohème (Rodolfo). Other important stations were: DEUTSCHE STAATSOPER UNTER DEN LINDEN: Madama Butterfly (Pinkerton), OPÉRA DE NICE: Eugen Onegin (Lenski) NEW PRODUCTION; BAYERISCHE STAATSOPER: with La Bohème (Rodolfo); HAMBURGISCHE STAATSOPER: La Bohème (Rodolfo), Lucia di Lammermoor (Edgardo), La Traviata (Alfredo); OPER LEIPZIG: Rigoletto (Duca);... The young tenor is going to open the season of 2000/2001 once more at the Wiener Staatsoper with La Juive (Léopold), followed by NEW PRODUCTIONS in: TOKIO: Eugen Onegin (Lenski) with Mirella Freni; OPERNHAUS ZÜRICH: La Damnation de Faust (title role) conducted by M° Christoph von Dohnányi; THEATRE ROYAL DE LA MONNAIE BRUXELLES: Eugen Onegin (Lenski). He is also going to return to the HAMBURGISCHE STAATSOPER for guest performances and concerts: La Bohème (Rodolfo); OPER LEIPZIG: La Traviata (Alfredo).
